At 12:07 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) was up 1.08% at 35,406.78. The S&P 500 (.SPX) was up 1.30% at 4,591.73 and the Nasdaq Composite (.IXIC)was up 1.68% at 14,581.32.
